By downloading, installing, or using LandRush ("the app", "the game"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use LandRush. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may sign in with Google, Apple, or email/password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
LandRush involves moving in the real world. You are solely responsible for your own safety. Always be aware of your surroundings, obey traffic laws, and do not trespass. Do not use the app while driving. We are not liable for any injury, accident, or property damage that occurs while playing.
LandRush offers optional in-app purchases (Rush Coins and LandRush Pro subscriptions) through the App Store or Google Play. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply. Rush Coins and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
LandRush Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly). It auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's settings (App Store or Google Play).
All content in LandRush — including but not limited to graphics, icons, cosmetics, UI design, code, and game mechanics — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create (usernames, bios, profile photos). By using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display this content within the game (e.g., on leaderboards, the shared map, and clan pages). We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Territories, rankings, coins, and other in-game data belong to the game and may be modified, reset, or removed at our discretion — for example during beta resets, seasonal events, or to address exploits. Claiming territory in-game does not grant any real-world property rights.
We strive to keep the game running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time. Scheduled maintenance, server outages, and force majeure events are not grounds for refunds.
Your use of LandRush is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
LandRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that GPS accuracy will be perfect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or physical injury.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
